Hi, I'm Kylie! I am a driven student pursuing a B.S. in Data Science and Statistics, as well as a B.A. in Communication through the Honors Program in the College of Letters and Science at UC Santa Barbara. I grew up in the Bay Area and often spent my time learning and creating. I was a competitive dancer and have been dancing for 15 years. Eventually, my experience as a dancer led me to become a dance teacher, and an assistant competition coach. Presently, I am diving deeper into my major courses and working as a Research Assistant to learn skills, including coding and understanding human interaction with technology, that I hope to apply to a future career in the User Experience field.  I am involved with a club called Design at UCSB, which introduces students to the UX/UI field through workshops and projects. Additionally, I am pursuing leadership opportunities within the Gamma Xi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi and will be serving as the Vice President of Membership Experience for the 2021 year.
